Course Outline
This is follow-up from the Introduction to Fingerstyle Ukulele Playing course taught at NUSS.
The participant will be introduced to the reading and understanding of music and will be able to appreciate and play fingerstyle ukulele with better understanding and techniques with a broader exposure to various genre of music.
- Unit 1: Exploring the Key of C
- Unit 2: Exploring the Key of F
- Unit 3: Exploring the Dominant 7 Chord
- Unit 4: Exploring Chromatic Melody
- Unit 5: Exploring Chromatic Harmony
Trainer Profile
Dr Lim Thou Tin has completed his associate diploma (AVCM) with the Victoria College of Music (VCM) in ukulele playing in 2018 and had also previously completed higher level ukulele exams in the London College of Music (LCM) with distinctions since pursuing a formal education in ukulele playing. He enjoys playing both the classical guitar and the ukulele besides performing and teaching ukulele.
