In this demonstration discover the lesser known Kerabu Bee Hoon where Rice Vermicelli with a Sambal Belachan and Calamansi Lime Dressing with Herbs.

What Porridge! Do you know that when the Bibiks feel unwell. They would just eat Buboh same Tauyu, of course this will not taught but the delicious Seafood Porridge 

or what we call Buboh Udang chockfull with Pork Belly, and Prawns with Fried Firm Soya Bean Cake.

Chef Lloyd Matthew Tan is the author of 2 cookbooks “Daily Nonya Dishes” and “More Daily Nonya Dishes”,  consisting of homely Peranakan dishes. He is the founder and owner of “Perut Rumah”, a popular Facebook group, and an active contributor at the forefront of the Peranakan revival on social media.
