Topics covered

How to navigate the information overload to make informed decisions on food choices by understanding how different nutrients affect the functions of our body. Know the science behind government guidelines on food and diet to live long and live well.

Learn how to replace synthetic drugs with natural food for good physical and mental health. Know the various government health-related programmes available and how to participate in them for a healthy life.

Trainer Profile

Associate Professor Lam Pin Woon is currently an adjunct principal lecturer and adjunct associate professor at Nanyang Polytechnic and Department of Pharmacy, NUS respectively. He holds a B.Sc. with Honours (Pharmacy) from NUS, and MBA from Georgia State University, USA. Currently, he is a Director/Advisor of several companies.
