Where to park and how to access
Suntec City Guild House (Level 2):
Option 1 – B1 Carpark
Enter from Car Park A – B1: Available for parking all day
Park near Tower 5, Purple Pillar Row 13. Take lift at Lobby T5 to level 2.
Option 2 – B2 Carpark
Monday to Friday: Available for parking only after 5pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday: Available for parking all day
Park near Tower 5, Rows 63 and 64. Take lift at Lobby T5 to Level 2.

Daily (including the eve of public holidays and public holidays): 11am to 11pm
Please note:
– The Fruit Machine Rooms shall be open to members (21 years old and above) only. Members accessing the Fruit Machine Rooms are required to give consent to the Society to verify with the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) whether the member is on the self-exclusion scheme. A member who is on the self-exclusion scheme or who does not provide the consent to conduct the verification shall not be allowed to enter, remain or take part in any gaming in the Fruit Machine Rooms. Members are required to register when entering and exiting the Fruit Machine Room.

| No entry charges | Access card can be obtained at SCGH reception from 9am to 8.30pm. | ||
| Towel charges | Members will be provided with ONE complimentary towel per day. Additional towels (limit to TWO only) will be charged at $1 each. Towels have to be returned to SCGH reception by 8.30pm or a fee of $10 per towel will be imposed. | ||
Location of swimming pool: Tower 2, Level 4
Directions to the swimming pool from SCGH:
- Exit the entrance door of Tower 5 on Level 1 and walk towards District 10 Bar & Grill located at Tower 2
- Walk around District 10 Bar & Grill towards the bus stop (02141) behind Tower 2
- Walk towards the North Wing Lift Lobby ‘M’ on the left side of the bus stop.
- Take the elevator T79 or T80 to Level 4.
Alternatively, locate Lobby M on Level 2 (enter via entrance next to Joyre TCMedi Spa, East Wing, #02-498) or Level 3 (enter via entrance opposite Suntec+ Lounge, East Wing, #03-342/343).
Regulations
- Please present your membership card (physical/mobile app) when requested by Suntec City Management to access the facilities.
- Members are required to bring their own equipment.
- When using the swimming pool members and their guests are to comply with the prevailing regulations and charges governing the use of facilities, copies of which will be placed on the appropriate notice boards and facilities counters.
- Members are reminded to observe Society’s rules and regulations at all times when they and their guests are at Suntec City Guild House. The rules and regulations have been put in place to ensure the optimum use and enjoyment of the facilities by all members.
